It is a friendly environment and with space for one to focus.It is in dire need for expansion, always crowded during the general class on Saturday mornings.The exercises are fun depending on the trainer you meet😪.It is a great place for people living around the area, and cost effective, I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great gym😁
