They also stock frozen chicken 🍗.Electronic payment is available but can sometimes be a challenge using their POS, so be prepared to pay with cash.

I just had a terrible experience at the Atlantic Shrimpers Fish Shop in Lekki. On Saturday Feb 18,2017 Bought fish that was off. Even though the receipt states that one should check for quality of goods before purchase and that goods cannot be exchanged or returned, I felt that the management should know about it as they claim to sell quality products. Its important to state that this was the first time in over 4 years as a customer that I have bought a bad product. I took the fish to the Lekki store (I had fried it) to show the Manager as evidence of the not so fresh product. The Indian Manager told me that he couldnt take the fish. I made it clear that I didnt want him to take the fish neither was I in the store for a refund of just over N2000 or exchange but the least I expected was some sort of acknowledgment or apology. It was the store girls who were apologizing. I left the store and placed a call to their head office and spoke with the expat Manager and stated my experience. He said he would speak with the Lekki Manager and asked me to return to the store today for a replacement. I sent my driver there and he was asked to tell me to call the Manager at the head office. Just placed a call to the same expat Indian Manager and he said he understood that the fish had been cooked and if I want fresh fish I know where to go since they sell frozen fish. They have more than a million customers and he cant have a long conversation over N2000 purchase . He even stated that the Lekki Manager allegedly told me not to come to their store (which was untrue by the way and I wonder if that is considered excellent cusiomer aervice) I tried to make it clear to him that it was not the money but the principle. How can one determine if fish is good when it is frozen. He was unable to educate me on that. I got replacement fish but the point is Atlantic shrimpers has over one million customers less one. They get a zero for customer relations. If Indians businesses think Nigeria is good for business they should also think Nigerians are good enough for respect
