So far so good I have a horrid experience with this bank.. I have my money locked inside the app and over a month now. Customer service is non responsive, and the Banking App itself is no good… For over a month now, I have 21,300naira locked inside this Hoax of a Bank… and it has even refused to accept my BVN… Please help me

Globus looks like a great bank I actually wanted to open the account but I guess my spirit wanted me to go back to Kuda. I opened their webpage and the link to open was down. Opened the app and the link was down.I then said maybe it’s Apple bias and used an android phone with my own details to the other phone still No cigar!I called them and spoke to someone who said she’d get back to me if I had an account because the form did say the customized number was already taken so I assumed it was a glitch. Later she called and no I didn’t have an account number the process is just flawed. So overall it may be a great bank but to open account it’s almost like na fight. I don tire God bless them for leading me back to my roots.

Beautiful place, but the space inside the office is small, they will need to restructure the office.
