Ocash customer care dose not know what they are doing I tranferd money into the so scam blue ridge account 2 weeks b4 my time limit through quick teller in access bank ATM the customer care said that they can not clear me

Their customer care service is very bad. I took a loan from opay and the customer care called me before my due date and insulted me calling me and liar. You have to cross-check your workers. I reslly wish I could rate you zero star. 😒

This company is fraudulent, as simple as that. I took a loan and on repayment I didnt get the success confirmation. So I made another manual repayment and it went through. Only for me to notice that the initial transaction went through. As such, had been debited twice. I called and called, sent whatsapp messages, sent emails, spoke with their agents, no solution. Till this date, it still appears that I am owing and growing. The worst part, they keep deducting money from my bank account through auto debit. I dont know how the CBN licensed such a company. They are scammers.

Blue Ridge Microfinance Bank is one of the biggest scammer in Nigeria pls do not do business with them, because have fall a victim now. It happens that I borrowed money on their app I when I repaid the loan up till now its still appear on the app that have not paid. The loan is meant to due on the 3 of June 2021 and I made the payment since on the 25th of may up till now the application is still showing that Im oweing. Theyre fraud Ive use more than 3k to call all there customer care numbers but they wont pick, I even sent them email, WhatsApp messages, normal messages but the annoying part is theyll read the message but they will not reply. They are 419 pls beware of Blue Ridge Microfinance Bank (Okash).

This business is a frontal for scammers. Report them to the appropriate authority asap. Dont do business with them. RUNNNNN!
