Cashcraft is HORRIBLE and FRAUDULENT. I invested in their PEAS (personal earnings annuity scheme) and requested a liquidation Dec 2018. They have not disbursed funds since. It’s June 2019 currently. One excuse or another. Telling me ARM is owing them. Zenithbank wont give them a loan. They are terrible. I will start a social media campaign on this.The weird this is when you ask anyone about them, all BAD experiences!

Im sorry to say, but I can never recommend Cashcraft to anyone.Saying the service is horrible is an understatement . It is indeed more than horrible. Anytime I sell my shares it takes almost forever to get my money even after sales. Sometimes almost 2 weeks after sales and thats with plenty of follow-up calls o. Last year I sold shares and they credited my account with DUD cheque after their usual delays . Only for cheque to be returned unpaid reason (account not funded). It was the height of it for me.I had to send them a stinker mail and with plenty of follow-up phone calls , before they eventually paid my money.Their customer service officers are very rude. The worst I have ever come across .I just hope they change soon .

Ive had a NIGHTMARE dealing with this company. The account I had with them was because of a family account opened with them many years ago. I requested a trade in August 2016 for a stock and sent it to their email. To my surprise, the order wasnt placed, and the cash was sitting in the account. The stock I made a request to purchase has almost TRIPLED in value since then. Multiple attempts to get this resolved - extremely delayed or no response at all. Tried contacting the main director in charge of the account......for over 1 year, no word from him either, and hes never available. This business should be audited by the regulatory bodies and probably shut down. A few incompetent staff that have little to no knowledge about anything. Today, I felt like I was being punished because I had to write 3 letters manually two different times. Requested a photocopy which I never got. Their address as of Dec 18, 2017 is still out-dated. This company should be FINED, and perhaps some of the directors need to loose their job to understand that peoples finances isnt a JOKE
