Not that big but theyve got good doctors

I wish I did not give the one star . I had visited the hospital twice and met with unprofessional people but I used it because I had no choice. Went the third time and met very unprofessional lady who I am sure is not a professional at the reception. The security guy however is the only person that did his job well , a 10 star for him.1. Going forward, have information of your patients and stop asking when last they visited to prove their health insurance validity2. Put nice people at the reception desk. People with good customer care support skills who are have good computer skills. The lady I met there does not know Jack.There is a comfort you get when nice people attend to you. Enploy able hands and stop putting nurses at the reception desk. They are not trained CSS3. If your hospital card with all the information on it means nothing, then stop giving it to patients to hold. What is the essence of the information on it if you cant use it to look for your clients information.I wish I can directly put my comment under your reply. Well after I left your hospital, my HMO directed me to Regis and Reina. I so much loved it there. When I got there, I was asked for my HMO number in the absence of my card and they clicked on their system. All my information inducing my familys popped up. Be giving excuses that will make you people look like you dont know what you are doing.

After checking for the nearest hospital to my home on google i went to this hospital so as to do malaria and typhoid test because i was sick.I got there by past 6pm and was told the lab had closed so i cant do test but it is written online that its 24/7 service. If i was dying before now thats how they would say this. The customer service there too is poor.Only the security man was nice.

A sour experience at the great health service provider but to help i am forced to comment. 1- Do not indirectly refer to your patient as an impostor all because no photo ID exist, its degrading. 2- Do not send the patient to carry his file (it is not professional) 3- Do not allow tired doctors to attend to patients especially when the doc is not even making effort to be nice (there is patient engagement and comfort) 4- Do not tell a patient that the HMO did not pay for extra file bcos the patient migrated multiple HMOs)... especially when patient started with personal registration before migrating to HMO with your centre (its insulting). 5- we dont do such service here bcos it is at the instance of of the patient- what a terriible remark from the consulting doctor....does he he think i can not afford to pay it or he was too tired to see the point of the patient? As usual just request to pay from pocket! I had so many poor service issues in the past, but i felt i need to escalate todays todays case. Really this was not the worst experience, i had once be insulted and abused on phone by a staff who claimed to be a doctor .... Maybe if i had reported then, i i wont be experiencing this terrible service today.

Very good hospital....the staffs and doctors are very friendly and attentive... They take their time to explain to you. Good service

Good attention to detail with regards to patient care and diagnosis. I highly recommend their service.

Located in a conducive environment even though in a not so conducive neighbourhood, Good Customer Service. Although there is limited amount of parking space allocated to this health care centre, its still up to Standard in terms of the Medical Services provided. But there is room for improvement and expansion
