I had a craving for parfait right from work,so I decided to stop at snail cafe for their yummy parfait;of course I wasnt disappointed.I have not been there in over six months, getting there today I noticed so many changes.The entire space is looking more colourful and vibrant,they now have another building; nicely designed.Also, I discovered that theres an app now which you can download on both Google and Apple platforms,to place and receive orders for food and more.I am very impressed with the new stride.

I am giving a 5 star rating because this place is a beautiful placeThe Snail Cafe Restaurant is a local restaurant where local and international meals are been servedThe environment was neat,they even have an exceptional section where your kids can play and have funTheir staffs are nice and always smiling,I will like to go back there whenever i am in Lagos for their special ofada rice

One of my favourite one-stop eatery. The food is always a delight and the hospitality is second to none

Situated along Command, Ajasa road, Its a pleasant spot to unwind and partake in your day, and during the end of the week as well. You can likewise bring your children along, as the Cafe has an exceptional spot where children can have a ball. Their food is likewise very acceptable and moderate. The Cafe may be little as far as size, however I think youll make some decent memories while you unwind and partake in the music by the Dj. Ill give them a 3 star 🌟 in light of the fact that I realize they can improve their administrations.

Only thing I enjoyed here was the food. The cooks are doing great jobs.The lady who has to pack the food and take the orders is rude and impatient. Just got home now and realized my order is incomplete.The cashier also seems swamped with having to make calls to confirm transfers customer made for their orders. Having multiple functional Pos terminals will go a long way.Great ambience though.And again, food is great.

I recommend this restaurant. It is one of the best and their customer service is okay plus I will give them 98 percent. I went there to make orders for take away food but unfortunately one of the attendants forgot to pack the snail I paid for. To be honest, I lodged a complaint and they brought the snail down to my apartment which was so amazing.

They dont allow people work on their laptops which is so bad as I thought the place would be cool to hold meetings virtually. The name should be changed from snail cafe to something else

Few sitting spaces. Sometimes you get there and its all crowded out. And you look stranded with nowhere to sit. But then nice meals/menu and a great spot also.

Good meals at affordable prices. Really enjoyed this location.The only negative for me is that there isnt good DSTV or even Gotv for TV entertainment while enjoying meals.

Recommended for all the right reasons. Comfortable, neat, smart and neatly-dressed attendants. I almost thought the place was owned by a foreigner because of the standards of service.
