There is no parking space here which is a major challenge so oftentimes, theres traffic gridlock at the location.As the name implies, it is a fruit market and you get very fresh fruits from here everyday of the year. Theyre available all public holidays. From the common fruits such as bananas, watermelons, pineapples, pawpaw, oranges, to the kiwis, soursop, avocados, apples, grapes, strawberries. You even find lemon and lime as well as seasonal fruits as well such as mangoes, cherry and agbalumo, mangoes. You can even find fresh corn and pear when its in season.

You get all farm produce fresh off the farm, from fruits, to vegetables, to poultry products

Sure you can get a variety of fruits here but they are more expensive than some other close by locations. You can get boiled/roasted corn, native/avocado pear, English pear and apples, bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, pineapples, pawpaw and a host of other fruits and veggies.There isnt a parking space close by so buying stuff from here is particularly difficult especially during rush hours.

Assorted fruits are sold here just under masha bridge. No shops just in the open. There is a little risk of being knocked by oncoming vehicles. Fruits are cheap here too because these guys dont pay rent. They have good patronage because their fruits are really fresh

Avocados, grapes, apples, bananas, watermelons.... they have it all here. Freshly harvested and at a decent pricing.

The goods are always fresh. It is recently becoming more difficult to find great bargains. I still get my garri Ijebu from there.

If you live in surulere, especially in the masha, shita, akerele, ogunlana and adelabu axis, you should visit this market just by masha taxi park every Sunday to buy food items that are fresh from the farm.Theyre also very affordable. But its just the basic regular foods like yam, garri, tomatoes and pepper, vegetables, snails etc that youll find here.The market is not large because the space the traders are allocated is small.But youll find the basics here as per food and its fresh and affordable.

I honestly do not know why fruits will be so cheap on Sundays and super expensive every other day of the week. A couple of the fruit sellers around have short tempers and can be insulting when you refuse to buy at the high prices they attach. Go with your Nigerian sense for pricing. 😒
