The place is adequately sized

They can do more shelter against the hot Sun & also look for a way to deal with the boys troubling people that came for event.

Beautiful space for a small gatheringor intimate event, can be decorated to suit the occasion, close to the waters, can get a view of the ikoyi link Bridge, convenience available though no parking space.

Outdoors event centre. Very nice place for wedding receptions but a little too small for a big party. Close to the shore so really breezy.

A cool water side event space

The environment is great and should have a 5 star rating in a different setting given its close proximity to the five cowries lake and Lekki-Ikoyi link bridge which clearly should offer a beautiful sight and lovely backdrop for guests to savour. This in itself should stand this venue out IMHO. And with moderate size guests number, event at this venue should be most enjoyable particularly at sunset. However, management should be strict on guests capacity and the kind of event to host in order to avoid overfilling all available space thereby creating a very stuffy environment and incurring the wrath of neighbours due to parking condition. To be perfectly honest, it doesnt look great when already tight situation is made tighter in a bid to accommodate more guests by inserting chairs and tables everywhere making circulation a Herculean task.
