The Glover Memorial hall existed since way back 1920s, LIEUT-COLONELS GEORGE H AND L SOUTER AND TEN WEST INDIAN OFFICERS HELD THE FIRST OPEN AIR MEETING OF THE SALVATION ARMY IN WEST AFRICA OUTSIDE GLOVER HALLFOLLOWING THE UNTURLING THE FLAG CEREMONY ON 15TH NOVEMBER 1920 SOUL SAVING MEETINGS WERE HELD IN GLOVER-HALL AND THEN THROUGHOUT NIGERIA.It was then rebuilt in 1962 and commissioned by the first executive president of Nigeria Sir Nnamdi Azikiwe, and in 2020 was renovated to a state of the arts theatre hall and auditorium. The hall has limited car park, has a wheel access, lower floor wing with the stage side, VIP section on the middle floor, and the VVIP section on the upper floor. Its equiped with a sound and mixing room, it has toilets on all the floors and a help desk at the reception.
