The expectation is that you will be stepping in some calmness; orderly and soothing ambience particularly if one consider the considerable hassles and harassment one will experience trying to navigate the location. Of course the exhibits as one might suspect are well-arranged and arrayed in good order. But the layout and internal branding are not well-aligned and could be made to speak with one brand voice. Reception, service area and the shop floor operations should be reconsidered to work more efficiently.

Unarguably one of the best electronic leading houses in Nigeria. Its products are standard and you will find it so when you purchase from one of the approved dealers. But this dealer right here, needs some education on customers relationship and satisfaction.

Good customer service BUT very poor service delivery. Ive been taking my phone for repair on the same issue for over a month now. Yet no resolution.I burn data in backing up and restoring, buying screen guard (because, its always taken off at point of drop off), transportation, time, etc...Just sick and tired of being sick and tired as regards this Phone...

The customer care service at the Samsung Galaxy Service Care Centre, Saka Tinubu - Victoria Island Lagos is top notch. Speedy response and delivery with courteous staff especially Ms/Mrs Bolaji. The office is very easy to locate, it is few metres after Slot office, to the left hand side

My new Samsung phone developed a fault with the screen just a week after buying it and I was directed here to have it fixed.Thankfully, the damage was under warranty so it was to be fixed for free. I was to drop my phone for 3- 5 days.I thought the attendants lacked empathy; maybe because it’s now a routine - attending to too many people with the similar situations but I was emotional about having an issue with a new phone and all they could say was, “you’ll lose your data, and it will be ready in 5 days.I think they can do better.

Reception space has no working cooling system thus uncomfortable whilst only means of payment available for transaction is cash. Come prepared else you may have to walk some distance in search of ATMs for cash.

This is the worst Samsung service center ever, i dropped my Samsung Galaxy s8 last week for screen replacement and a remaining broken sim tray inside the phone which they assured me itll be removed, these are the only fault my phone has, i was told to come back in three business days for my phone but when i get there the screen has been replaced perfectly but my volume up and down and bixby button are not working i try to talk to them about this so the Attendant took the phone from me saying theyre going to fix it, few minutes later she brought back the phone and handed it over to me without saying a word so i checked hoping that my phone is working perfectly but unfortunately these three keys are still not working so I said to her these keys are still not working but she reply sorry theres nothing we can do about it, when they are the one who damaged my phone in the first place the worst part is when i try putting in a new sim tray in to the phone i discovered that, that broken sim tray is still in there they havent remove it at all but they said it has been removed when i insist that it has not been removed there response was is it our job to remove your remaining broken sim tray? In the end I have to take my phone to an authorised repairer paid the guy additionally money before it was removed, as Im writing this my volumes and bixby keys are still not working, and I have paid a huge amount of money for my phone to be fixed instead it was damaged, no wonder youll be ask to pay in full before they starts working on your phone useless people, This Samsung service center is one of this countrys problem so unprofessional.

RAYA CARE VI is just a nightmare. I took a device which was under warranty for repair all for me to get a message that the repair process has been cancelled on getting ti the centre I asked what was the issue and I was told that the device has been worked on by a third party so my question to them is this was it a ghost that open the device and worked on it, it sound so absurd that in this time and era that such magnitude of wickedness does exist. There are a big time sham on Samsung brand. Pls dont go there thats the recent update. 2021

Fixed my Samsung A70 screen within 24 hours. I dropped the phone around 10:30 am and left. I got an SMS by 2:45 pm the same day that the phone is ready for pickup. Job was done so well that you wont even notice the screen was ever replaced.

They are good but I believe for a supposed Samsung shop you should be able to walk in and quickly get your issues resolved (especially when it comes to availability of parts) so its less impressive being told to come back in weeks cause they have to try and get your phone part from ojuelegba or somewhere else

I dont believe that up till now Samsung is still operating that centre as a repair centre... It is an obvious risk to the business and heads, ideally should be rolling by now... My experience was beyond pathetic and I wont hold back. Some people need fo lose what they have at hand before appreciating the need to be more productive with thier role on jobs...My wife and I dropped her bad phone sometimes last week for screen replacement only and the phone was checked by the supposed attendant, because the official person is yet to be on seat by the official opening hour, that it was charging , battery was fine and it is only screen that needs replacement. He mentioned the price for the replacement and amount, few thousands, above the price I even fixed the phone in another Samsung location and insisted that I must pay cash only in advance. No option for transfers or POS??? Suddenly in my mind, the brand Samsung did not live up to par... I had to walk through several ATMs to make the withdrawals... He promised the phone will be ready within 24hours.We waited for 48hours, no calls and we had to reach out until we were informed that they dont have the screen that we should come back for our money... My wife travelled down to pick the phone and money without even bordering to check if the phone is still charging and/or the battery is intact.My wife headed for another repair office in Ikeja and suddenly, she got a call from this unproductive saka tinubu office that they apologize for the misinformation, that the screen is now available. Since, she has already been dealing with them, she travelled back and drop both the phone and cash again with another promise of the same 24 hours.Having waited more than 24 hours no calls again ??? We reached out during the weekend and lol, they said they dont work on Saturdays that they will call us on Monday. We waited till afternoon on Monday no calls still, we reached out that and were told that they couldnt fix the phone becuase it was charging... They used one useless term that when we brought the phone the charging was unstable... What exactly is the meaning of this nonsense??? I couldnt deal. At this stage, the front dwsk lady was extremely rude using unforgivable F words. My wife collected the phone and money back, straightway headed to another samsung repair office in Ikeja. The new placed confirmed that the charging port os working fine and that the battery looks swollen and does not reflect the battery of a new phone... What!!!! Because this phone is less than 5 months old... Apparently Saka Tinubu is the only suspect here, what on earth have you done, replaced my battery with a bad one??? I am speechlees...To the glory of God, the phone is now fixed and working fine although I had to pay for a new battery ... But to be honest that office needs to be shut for a while...in order to review activities and reorganise for better services.My recommendations in bullet point below.1. The front desk person is recommended for sack and not even suspension as she is extremely rude and lies alot... She doesnt even love the job as it is obvious in her attitude and her choice of words.2. The entire team in Saka Tinubu needs to be disbanded and fresh set of people takeover... The ones there now are crooked set of people that are dangerous for the Samsung3. If the repair centre has been outsourced to a vendor, the contract needs to be review for possibility of terminationMy submission and advise to phone user, if you must use Samsung, pray that you dont have issues, If issues by chance arises, NEVER VISIT SAKA Tinubu for any reason under this earth.Selah!
