OK, phone companies should look for other alternatives for their customers, this is not a reliable company at all. I bought a redmi note 10 and I returned it 7 days later because the phone was heating up, I was told i would get it back latest 2 weeks, its almost 7 weeks now and their story hasnt changed, they keep telling me to be patient, I even called their customer care and the lady was saying in yoruba that is she the one making phones, that our (people that want to collect their phone) is too much sef. My advice for anyone is to look for other alternative, and other place is better than here

You have to let people know that there is a difference between 3CHub and Nokia Care. Having one sticker or plaque on the wall is just not enough. People using Nokia phones, requiring repair services must be advised appropriately. There is a difference and their repair rules, protocol and services are different. For instance Nokia will not repair your charging port without fixing a cracked screen. 3CHub might do this. Please clarify whenever you visit this place to fix your Nokia device (especially). I personally think the onus is on both service providers to educate customers accordingly. It should be clearly stated - this is Raya Care and we fix Nokia phones, based on these terms.

Worst place in any of samsung authorized repair shop, I waited for them to open by 9.am, but they only open by 9.20am. I was referred by samsung but they refused to even touch my phone, claimed is not purchased in Nigeria then its different, I went below their shop and small boy open my phone and fix the spill damage in 15minutes

This organisation finds new way to disappoint and this even before you have dealt with the company.They advertise a Lekki Water Front location that has For Rent stickers all over it and it is completely chained down. Then I check to see they have a service center on Saka Tinubu. Everybody l knows this is a difficult place because of parking issues but I understand why they want to be there.However, finding their office on Saka requires divine intervention as they are doing their best not to be found. No signage on the street or building. It is in the Fidelity Bank building by the way. When I finally made my way to their floor and office, I realised why they are hiding. The office is a shadow of what it used to be. Raya feels like a company that is tired of trying and have realised that business will come their way whether they try pleasing customers or not.The only positive were their people who seem to have benefited from customer service training when the company still cared.Frankly I am disappointed that a forward looking and innovative brand like Xiaomi (Mi) chose Raya as local service partner.

Havent heard anything about my phone after 5 working days as promised... As for your service center number just delete it , cos they never pick calls. You guys really need to improve in your services.

Best place to get your devices fixed

Phone has been at your Ikeja branch since May 8 and has not been repaired till now!! Been calling almost everyday but nobody can give me concrete feedback as to why it has not been fixed or when it would be fixed. For the first week the whereabouts of my phone was not even clear. This is not nice, I am very disappointed.

Samsung service center

They are a top-notch phone repairer. The down side of their service is, the place is hot and lacks a functional POS machine so one has to come with all the cash on pickup.

Its a nice place to repair and buy electronics

Very poor service, my phone was barely 3 months old when I took it there, it came back looking like it was chewed by a dog. I returned it and it took another three weeks to get it back, as Im speaking to you my phone was 37% when I plugged it and it has been plugged for 3hours but its now 23%. The screen went blank this morning I had to do a manual restart to get it working again. To say their service is poor is an understatement of the year, absolutely ridiculous place.
