Was at the VI centre today to fix a faulty digital TV set bought 9years ago. Quite impressed by the reception and prompt diagnosis and advice--without one kobo being charged. Will sure be back soon to replace/upgrade.

I just recently got sony DZ950 Home theater system, its very nice but the problem Im having is that I cant set up the speakers/woofer volume with my remote control since the woofer isnt producing good bass. I can see the option on the screen but the option skips when I try choosing it. I dont know if its a technical problem or Im not doing the right thing, please help cos its really not producing the kind of sound I want.Thank you.

Hi, my Sony Bravia XDL-40EX713 started showing a thin but noticeable line in the middle of the TV but I didnt really pay attention to it. After about a week, it didnt come up again. I heard its cuz I dont use a ups on it. Can u guys fix it??

The Center now looks degraded. Also, service was poor as I wasnt able to get assistance even after contacting their Indian manager. And the most frustrating part of it is that I purchased my Sony TV from there.

The cost of repairing a TV was more than the cost of buying the TV, I collected my TV and took it elsewhere.

Sony distributor in Lagos.Variety is not big (but this is Africa issue, not specifically this store).They dont have a phone :)I mean they have phone NUMBER, but no phone for few month...9ja, go figure :)
