They gave me the best price I could find on AC units.. even better than shops that claimed to be having Black Friday Sales.And the attendant was very pleasant all through the transaction.

The worst things that would ever happen to you is getting a faulty appliance from one of their outlets. Youll suffer for your money. No one takes your calls from that point

Good location, good prices, but the staff are very unfriendly. They are not helpful with questions asked by customers either. You could almost taste their reluctance in answering your questions as a customer. You may also end up thinking they dont even know anything about the products they sell. Overall, I think the staff do not grasp the concept that buying unreturnable electronics and similar hardwares is a big decision for most even if you can afford it. Considering you cannot return products, customers can actually come in to ask questions without making an immediate purchase. In my own case, I wanted to purchase a freezer and a fridge and I was having a hard time deciding what to buy considering a lot of the fridges are non frost and electricity is poor in Nigeria. The staff were very unhelpful and reluctant to answer questions so I ended up going to Hier Thermocool and LG in Surulere to make a purchase of a freezer and fridge respectfully. Staff in both stores were more helpful.

Wonderful experience Electromart should invest more in advert, branding of their showrooms... There are currently running promos and the pricing is wow visit their lekki outlet.

Electromart has a range of quality electronic products from major brands. Theres warranty on most of the items you purchase from them.

The lekki branch Which I visited last year isn’t really a good experience.Cause I met this Indian guy named Yusuf talking to the manager and sales team anyhow in the presence of customers.The guy needs to be checked.Cause he was so rude, even to the customer.I Will appreciate if Anyone has the MD contact so I can report the case to him directly. Cause the guy named Yusuf is rude.
