The customer service was poor, more interested in selling a package to me instead of addressing the issue that brought me to office.When did swapping of a bad dstv decoder become 7k. I had to pay for that Instantly with no acceptance of pos.Just average .

Their operation was okay, I went there to pay for subscription and I dont spend up to 10minutes, maybe because its a Saturday, everything went smoothly and the office set-up is not bad atall. Covid-19 regulations were observed in the premises.

Spent all my quality time there and couldnt get it fixed. You ran out of stock since noon and I had to wait till my turn in the eve before you announce to me. Such a terrible customer care and even the security guys had to sneak people in for #5h or #1k.

The DStv/ MultiChoice Office is situated at Tiamiyu Savage street, Victoria Island and the closest landmark to it is the Eco Hotel which is just a walk to MultiChoice office. It is a nice and spacious office with a lot of service reps catering to different customer needs and as at the time of this review the office runs 7 days a week, closing slightly earlier on Sundays.

Got attended to in time and good customer care service rendered... had my decoder replaced seamlessly

Called the customer care number to get the location and told them I want to get one dstv kit but on getting to the location I was told its not available. I actually called to enquire before coming

They keep you waiting for hours in the waiting area, u end up spending a greater part of your day there just to purchase a decoder!! exhausting,!!

Very useless and self centred company, the left people outside there customer care centre not attending to them, only attending to customers who came to make payments ignoring customers that came to repair or replace their decoder. Very disappointed in there services, and I cant wait to start streaming live matches on my new TV, because the only useful on DSTV is there sporting channels. Dstv is a very useless company reaping Nigerians off.

They have have sufficient customer service personnel but one needs the help of the security operative for easier access

Africa biggest tv portal..no doubt Multichioce Nigeria as always leave up to date to give its consumers a good deal for there money.

Efficiently run office. First, parking space is available inside and outside the compound. The place is secured and under cctv surveillance. Operates an electronic tally system for both repairs and subscription. The staff are friendly and willing to assist. Opening hours span from 1000 to 2000 weekends and 0800 to 2000 weekdays. The place is neat and tidy.

I have been using my GOTV decoder for over 10 years now, but I discover that is not loading complete channels anymore, I take it to GOTV office the guy told me that I should go and buy another GOTV , instead of him to swap it for me he didnt because of old decoder

DSTV Customer service is really terrible. At the Tiamiya Savage Office you are made to wait under a very very hot tent almost 2 hours and when you are to be called into the main building. Theres no network/service. Very TERRIBLE!!!

Inasmuch as Multichoice (owners of DStv) has invested so much in the entertainment industry which is worthy of note, they have to introduce the Pay-as-you-view payment system.
