Good customer relations, conducive environment

This Company and the products are terrible. I bought a 2.0 kva Inverter on 30th November 2020, installed it on 12th June 2021. Since then I have had no peace as the Inverter has not worked maximally. It has been picked by the Company for repairs and pronounced fit on arrival. It was alleged that the Solar charge controller previously installed be changed and this was done. Customer service representative poor and delay of products

Bad service. I hate there barbaric and unwholesome customer service. I brought 9 ups to them to fix which is there brand. They asked for deposit of 4k each thats 36k which we did and when the final bill comes out we have another 89k to pay. We ask them to return our money this guy deducted 9k service charge from work they did not do. 419

Worst

The customer service is terrible. I have been visiting and calling for more than a week to get my inverter serviced. They treat you as if you are begging them for a favor, forgetting that its business. After waiting for a technician to no avail, I decided to purchase the faulty parts from them and get an external technician to fix it. They sent me the price list and I replied. On arrival I found out that my email and SMS were not even read. Their warehouse is closed till Monday. I hope the owner of the business knows that his company is being run aground. I dont blame them, its PHCNs fault.
