This is a well organised test center for IELTS in Lagos. I think it is about the only one where you can do UKVI special test in Lagos. All their equipment for the test are working fine. There is ample car part for the customers to park. There is good rest rooms for guests as well. There is no wheelchair accessibility to the building and all entrances are fitted with staircase.

Well organised, with courteous staff. There was however a church nearby whose prayer time coincided with the exam time and the noise was really disturbing. There was also a staff at the speaking test venue that wasnt so nice.

The test was well organized, from the speaking to the other components of the test. During my speaking, the examiner made sure I was relaxed and comfortable before he started the test..During the listening, all the headsets were checked to make sure all test takers could hear the recordings. In all it was a well conducted exam and I will give it a 5 star!

Innovating and adapting to changing trends to remain relevant. Courteous staff and well trained staff from the security personnel to parking attendants and office guys. They have simple processes and procedures to make your visit almost seamless and fast. Parking space is a bit limited, however appointments are scheduled to ensure there is no crowding at any point in time in the office.

The place is neat and orderly. The staff are courteous and straight to the point. Information was properly communicated and accurate and customer service is topnotch. I would recommend over and over and Ive already recommended to other test takers. Im really pleased with the service, a solid 10/10

Had a warm reception right from the Security till the last staff I met with before leaving. The environment was quite conducive for the exam and the members of staff were cheerful, respectful, and ensured I was calm, above all, wished me the best as I was about to meet with the speaking examiner.

The place is very quiet and easy to locate. Its inside an estate and security guards are there to help. Also, there are toilet facilities.

Everything went well. The venue wasnt comfortable, there was a crusade on same date with mountain of fire, which wasnt far from the venue (HRDC unilag). That distabilized me a bit.

Its a serene and calm place that I always look forward to visiting. Absolutely Covid regulations compliant. The staff are so nice, caring and dutiful. Thumbs up for MOD IELTS Centre, Ogudu.

Great place, excellent services. There is a relaxation spot outside (i am writing this review from there) and a cosy atmosphere indoors. And who doesnt like free sweets huh? Parking could be better though.

Centre was okay but a bit disorganized especially towards the end.Those at the back of the hall couldnt really hear what was being announced at some point.We also experienced an overall delay of over 2hrs and crowd control was ineffective after the tests were concluded, as shown in the chaos experienced while attempting to retrieve personal property, which had also not been stored in an organized manner.

A 12:15pm test done at 3pm. Waited for so long that I lost focus cos I was hungry. Disappointing.😏

The environment is serene so it was very easy liking it. The staff are pleasant too. My one complain is that they dont keep to time.

They conducted the exams excellently well.

Absence of wheelchair accessible entrance and inside the building as well as the absence of a dedicated toilet for the disabled. A mere product of a residential building converted for administrative use.

Serene office situated in the heart of Ogudu estate. You would literally hear the sound of a pin drop while in there and little wonder it was chosen to be the location for the IELTS Speaking test.Kudos to the entire staff as well as the courteous front office assistant by the gate.

I have made the stipulated payment for the test about a week ago but Im still yet to receive the payment confirmation and other details such as my candidate number etc.(its way past the 48hours timeline).I have sent emails and tried to reach them via the contact numbers on the website but to no avail.I hope I have not been SCAMMED!!!

Customer service is extremely rude and arrogant. The lady I spoke with, gave a tone like i was disturbing her. She spoke to me like I was a riff raff... very bad experience

They’ll delay sending you test details even after they confirm payment or not send to you at all unless you reach out.When it’s time to collect your result, their lack of organization will stress you and waste your time; it’s either they’re trying to print or the person who should open some vault isn’t available.Disappointed!

I had my test with MOD/IDP the test center my experience was fantastic. The test started exactly 9am and we finished quite early as well. To my surprise stationary was provided.The staff were well trained and professional in delivering the test.customer service was also awesome.My result came out and I made my test in one seating 💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿

Are you planning to register with MOD IELTS? PLEASE RECONSIDER! The test condition was dehumanizing!The test arrangement was shoddy! First, the test hall was dark. More than half of the bulbs weren’t working. Lightening was extremely poor.There were just four 4 verificators for about 200 hundred candidates. That made them to keep people waiting in the test hall for so long with the caveat that once you’ve verified and entered the test hall, you aren’t allowed the following:to use the restrooms.Turn backwardsStroll within the hallNote that all you have with you at this point is your international passport only! Stripped up to your ear rings for females.I entered the test hall around 7:40am; listening which was the first didn’t begin till some minutes past 10am. Some entered earlier than me.Because the test start time and end time were not clearly stated they kept us for so long with the dehumanizing ‘rules’. One was already tired and stressed out before the test began.Some persons even complained that the audio was scratching but mine was okay.It would be good we deliver a service recommendable through referrals!On a lighter note, you are likely to hear an invigilator asking you “to use only soft pencil” 😁 and when you seek clarification what a soft pencil is from a hard one (remember the pencils are theirs) the invigilator gets angry and issues a threat 🤣, be prepared to be treated like school children. Further, MOD would put forward a nervous babe to address you, so nervous that she almost could not talk. I would think as an organization you would put first your best foot. Those people should at least pretend to be professional please...

My experience with MOD IELTS Nigeria was relatively a good one. However, there is need for more professionalism in their customer relations. Aside that, I believe the conduct of their exams is in line with the global Cambridge IELTS standard. They also provide all necessary exam materials such as pencils, eraser and sharpener to their candidates at the test hall.

It was not really a good experience for me because their timing is so poor. I was already exhausted before the exam commencement. I was at the venue before 7:00am and they did not start the exam, till about 11:30am and for this reason the rest of my plans for the day was disengaged. Candidates moved from one hall to another. The experince was just not pleasant.

Wrote a test about 4 months ago... Test was poorly organised by the organisers, sound (speaker) system was audible enough. Test ended at about 5pm... Not a good experience.
