Its a set of apartments in blocks of towers originally reserved for the employees of the Nigerian military. Today, there are a good number of civilians who live here though. Its a secure and serene environment (properly tucked into the street) to live in. Its however old and not very much maintained. E.g the elevators are mostly out of order, so you have to use the stairs.Its a good view from higher storeys of the towers. And of course, you enjoy the cool Sea breeze.

Lovely place to live if you can find vacant rooms. Guarded all the time by one or two military personnel. Easily accessible

Its really a military barracks and therw are very strict rules for living or working within the premises. Shops close at 10pm and the one main gate that leads in and out of the estate closes at 12pm. The main generators dont work so every flat turns on their generators at night which can be quite noisy. You also get a great view of what used to be the Bar Beach, now Eko Atlantic, from the top floors. There are 5 buildings and the elevators do not work so its a really long climb to the 12th floor. There are however, some artisans available who you can send on errands. Good point though, it is very breezy.
