An estate located in Magodo phase 2. The security network into the estate is very weak and should seriously be looked into and reviewed. The security men at the gate are mainly interested in how much they can get from cars driving in and out of the estate. Majority of the roads are tarred but some areas are not tarred. The streetlights at night should all be functioning to lit the entire area. Ultimately its a well planned estate

It is a very serene estate. It has good security. Initially the electricity isnt stable but it has remarkably improved this year 2018. Some of the roads are presently under construction. I would recommend it to anyone who loves privacy and serendipity.

Interesting to learn about this Estate and visited. First, I felt the secured enviroment and its natural ambiance. It looks like an average estste with average people livibg in there.My biggest attraction was the street names, Education Street, Social Science, Administration etc... I felt for a minute like I was in UNILAG itself 😊

Unilag Estate is situated at the extreme end of Magodo GRA phase 1.It have its boundary with Ogun river.the Estate is a residential Estate for staff of university of Lagos,Akoka,Lagos.A duplexs go for 1.5 to 2millin while 3bedroom flat is between 800k and above....

Highly accessible location when good network of roads. Transport services are also provided by tricycle operators

Good , it a place where every good citizens of the state would like to live.

Estate is serene, secure and lovely. Roads are tarred for the major roads and current developments are ongoing on other roads. Drainages are being constructed currently, there are uniformed security men, RRS - Rapid Response Squad Patrol is stationed in the estate, there is also a police station not too far from the estate gate. Privately owned supermarkets 🛒 operate till about 10pm, there is a laundry shop, cake and bakeries store. Availability of light is fair /commendable, napep tricycles are allowed into the estate, commercial motorcycles are only allowed till the entrance gate. In summary, it really is a quiet neighbourhood but could be boring at times.

This is a good estate with a serene environment,Located in Magodo phase 1, streets are named by the community in the names of the faculties and departments in the university , such as education, humanity, Senate etc.The estate is also linked at the end to a little community call Orisha.The Unilag estate has mini stores on all street and also a very standard pharmaceutical store at the main entrance to the estate.Security is at its best as it has a 24hours police patrol.The community is united as most residents where friends and colleagues at the University of Lagos Akoka
