If only there is anything like 0 star. These people are not ready for business. I was delayed on picking up my laundry. After almost 30mins of waiting they said i could go home and come back later. Asked for their manager, they said they dont have one. Called their so-called client complaint line nobody picked. The receptionist was forever speaking her language. It was an appalling service.
