The clinic seems well organized. Noise level is very low. Cordial attendants from the door to the reception. Quick registration followed by queued call up to see doctors and optometrists. Waiting area can get crowded even though they have spaced sitting, it gets violated slightly for lack of a better option for waiting. Parking can be very difficult as is for places in the area. Frames are available for purchase, lovely ones too with good price range. Generally, Id recommend them. Surely.

Their wait time doesnt make any sense. They need to learn time management, schedule appointments etc. I dont see why people come in by 5AM and dont see a technician till 10:30AM. They are knowledgeable about eye health but the wait time is quite discouraging. I will not be returning after my money with them is exhausted

The professional services were excellent and the specialists give you confidence everything will be okay. The front desk officers need to learn to thank your patients for their patronage and payments. The attendants upstairs at the theatre lack basic courtesy. Even when you thank them for their service, there is no response.Despite my reservations I will recommend you to others.

Service was poor, I find it difficult to understand what the doctors are saying because of their indian accent and they made no effort to make me understand...The last doctor that saw me just took my case File, asked me what brought me, she didnt even give me the chance to explain, she just cut me short and gave me prescription to get meds. I tried asking her questions but she showed no interest, her attitude towards me was bad, she just told me to go and get the medication. Im definitely not going back.

I wish Skipper Eye -Q would keep an appointment system...I had to wait for 4 hrs in whole to just sort my eye issues out.Perhaps with appointment the wait would hv been much less.Other than that it was good.

As much as I want to get a great medical service, I also do not want to spend the entire day in a facility. The hours you spend in this facility just to get an eye review done is absolutely ridiculous. This has got to be looked into. To get the preliminary test done takes 2hours, then you see the doctor for 10mins, you wait another one hour to get a 10mins test done and have to wait hours to review your test result with the doctor again. How does a doctor see new patients ahead of old patients even when the old patient’s results are ready!?? Absolutely ridiculous!!!

It was a great experience with the staff of Skipper Eye Q during my eye surgery on 31st July, 2021.Infact it seems to me like a magic, I never knew we have such facility in Nigeria. Dr Grace recommended and encouraged me to go for the surgery as I had planned and booked an appointment for it in UK so convincing me to risk it in Nigeria was a hard nut to break. When I got to Skipper that fateful day, I made a lot of enquires and heard testimonies from some patient too but still doubtful.Dr Tijani is awesome, fantastic infact your smile and softly voice calm my nerves at the heat of the surgery. Mr. Abhinesh was able to convince me that next 30mins after the surgery that I can see in his words, no need to go to UK , it will be done here and you will be happy thereafter surely, I am very very happy. However the treatment given me before, during and after the surgery session with the hospital was impressive, efficient and effective.My left eye was virtually blind but few weeks after the surgery that was carried out by Dr Zennat and her team, my sight has come back.I believe with the aid of a photocromic lens my sight restoration will be adequately enhanced. Worst hospital..first they said they ll not charge me for 2nd visit after 2 weeks than they said they ll charge you after 10 days and when you go,on your appointment day and they have 15 patients already there ,than they cannot attend you. On next appointment you have to pay for consultation because its my fault, they have more patients on my appointment day.what a logic to make money.

Time management is poor. I went to the clinic at 1:15pm for my eye test and waited for over 3 hours with no response. So I went to the reception to find out what was happening and why other patients that came after me got to see the doctor while I waited unattended to. The receptionists said I was in for a test while the others where in for consultation hence my delay. I didn’t leave the clinic until 5:00pm. I was utterly bitter as I spent over 3 hours at the clinic with no response or feedback from anybody. I spent almost my entire day in the clinic which was very upsetting. This clinic needs to improve their time management. Overall quality of the clinic and doctors is great just time management that is very poor.

Yesterday after my review, they improved their services greatly. I didnt have to wait for long. Friendly atmosphere and all devices work perfectly today. I like to see organizations respond to feedbacks with positivity. This is a great hospital!

In 2015 I was diagnosed with cataracts on my right eye at an eye hospital in Gadsden Alabama United States. The Doctor said it was so bad that i have to go for surgery immediately. I did the surgery on my right eye and I thanked God it was successful. The same white Doctor told me that there was cataracts on my left eye too but it is just developing but later in the future i may have to do a surgery too. I promised that if i need be to do that i will surely come back here.In 2019 around November i noticed that my left eye vision was becoming blurry and atimes cloudy and it get worse in 2020 then I decided to go to to eye foundation hospital in Lekki where i was told that I need to do a surgery. to remove the cataracts. I was afraid to do an eye surgery here Nigeria, in fact I was tensed up when i weighed all the options against travelling to do the surgery outside Nigeria.. To make it worse the woman Doctor at eye foundation Dr Mrs Ashaye said they have to sedate me before she will do the surgery. I told her i was not sedated when i did it in Alabama. She booked me for the surgery on a Friday, i never turn up i ran away. Instead i got an hospital in Dubai as Covid 19 travel restrictions has affected my going back to Alabama where I did the first surgery. I have mobilised money to travel to Dubai until a friend told me about Skipper EyeQ.My experience here was wonderful and great. The first Doctor that reviewed me was naturally gifted he booked me for January 20th 2021. Unfortunately he went to India for Xmas and was held up there due to travel restrictions. A Nigeria young lady by name Dr Tijani did the surgery it was fantastic. When i first met with this woman i could not believe she can do well. My wife told me i have prayed let us have faith. It is not that i dont have faith it is just that i dont want anybody to perform an experiment with my eyes that is my life. They kept calling me from Dubai hospital and i was reviewing everything about this woman here, i mean everything about her and about Skipper Eye Q. With confidence in God and believe in the prayers of my wife i gave in for the surgery.They dont waste time, in less than 15minutes the surgery was over. At Skipper Eye Q they put smiles into my vision. As i am writing this message i am extremely happy. I am using my tiny phone to type all the words with great speed. Uptill two days ago i cant use this phone to send sms i have to do that on my laptop or tablets with bigger screen. Even with bigger screen i still have to expand the screen lettering before i can see well what i am typing.To God be the glory Halleluiah. I was quite impressed with the quality of service and the cordiality I received from all staff. The overall cost was quite moderate. The number of days I spent at the clinic was reduced by two days because of my early contact with the CEO who advised me to undertake certain tests before coming to the clinic. I recommend their services for anybody who is having challenges with his eyes.
