Their service is very good. The customer service is far above average. They respond to phone calls and emails promptly. Very modern in their approach too. The only issue is sometimes you have to wait to be attended to physically but thats because of the long queues and not their inefficiency.

Their security guy needs to be taught better customer service and their customer care agent needs to know necessary protocols as not to waste the time of their patient. Why would you try to turn a customer away a customer who called before coming? Who does that???

Patient Recovery room

I had a terrible experience. Services very poor. They waste your time like you have nothing else doing. Please dont go there if it is a case of emergency. They give half baked information. For me , the system is not effective. I dont recommend them at all.

I never knew they offer quality diagnostic service, thank God I took a stop by for a routine health check and the wellness Doctor is on point.

The facility observed the covid 19 protocols giving any visitors to the building a bit of comfort .Excellent customer service with lot of emphathy from the staff .I strongly recommend the facility .

Very terrible and annoying....came to the centre by 10am...was attended to by 4pm...horrible experience...ordinary ultrasound scan...got my result after 40mins...honestly if u cant wait..dont bother coming....they will worsen ur situation...

Diagnostic centre with services ranging from radiology to laboratory examination. The staff are well behave.This centre comes recommended for residents of Ajah and its neighbouring regions.

Service is beyond poor. It is very very very bad. Waited for over three hours before we could be attended and they don’t give any reason for the wait. They also give preferential treatment to some customers and the cut corner. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend them.

PLEASE DON’T VISIT!!! The experience I had here was not very good. They obviously do not have any good management and you can wait forever to see a doctor or under go a scan , in the process your condition might worsen. Please to be on the safe side go to another hospital.

This place is definitely not a place to be for any sort of emergency.They will delay you for as long as they want .Not a nice place to visit for medical help

I wish had come here to read the reviews of the hospital first, I would not have gone there for a test.... They lack cohesion, most especially amongst the attending staff, I think they are poorly compensated hence their behaviour.... They will waste your time and frustrate you. Imagine you go there with uncertainty about your health and then they even add more to your dilemma.

I waited for exactly 3 hours and 15 minutes to get a scan done and waited 48 minutes to get the results. Please look else where if you can’t wait this long and more.

I took their service today and the experience was awesome

Poor services in general. Full blood count result took more than 4days and still counting staff kept on apportioning blames to each other instead of solution.

WelMed Ajah, am sorry about this but you people need to improve your wait time/ period it is the worst I have been to in Nigeria. You can actually wait for a test for 3hours and the workers are so nonchalant and lackadaisical. It was a bad experience for me .

Nice place, well organised front desk. Ask of Miss Yemisi, she is going to light up your day with her contagious smile. Though the queue for scans can be long sometimes, but be rest assured that you are in good hands.

I had a CT scan done since yesterday 10am and I don’t have my report yet (7pm 13th February). I was told it would take 3-4 hours to get my report and I have been calling since yesterday. No report still. This is very annoying. I needed it to see the orthopedic surgeon yesterday and you disappointed even after saying you had an inhouse radiologist. What if this was an emergency.Horrible experience

Came in for a test scheduled for 9am. At 9:30am, no form of communication whatsoever.When confronted, Im told to wait for another 20mins.I decided to wait till 10am, BUT, they are still not ready. Thought it was an organized setting. Indeed, not all that glitters is gold...My first time experience is pretty awful 😡. Just pray never to have to be here again...

A large historic hospital in a secure and serene environment with a wide variety of medical services and health care needs equipped with the right type of facilities to take care of patients. Its a 24 hour medical centre and offers good health care.

Just to be clear this is a zero star review. My friend found out she was pregnant in September and after a while, she started cramping. She was supposed to have a transvaginal scan and somebody recommended Wellmed. After the scan, the radiographer diagnosed an ectopic pregnancy. She was admitted in a general hospital but because they did not have the machine for the scan she had to keep going for the scan at Wellmed during the observation period. Its funny because she actually liked the ambiance there and felt the lady really knew what she was doing. This was a horrible time for her because it was her first baby and she was going through fear and emotional trauma that she might lose a fallopian tube or have another ectopic pregnancy in the future if she comes out unscathed. Long story short, she was under a lot of pressure by the doctor to go through surgery even though her HCG was dropping and he wasnt sure why her symptoms were not in sync with the results of the scan. She decided to go on with the surgery but before they finalized, her spouse decided to take her to his sister who is a doctor in a general hospital in the east. The night before she travelled, I read her last result and the diagnoses was a leaking ectopic pregnancy. I was so scared that it was going to rupture and tried to convince her to do the surgery ASAP instead of going all the way to the east and risk rupture but thank God for her spouse because when they performed thesame scan in the east, we found out that she had in incomplete miscarriage; thus the persistent cramps. She never had an ectopic pregnancy. She was this close to going under the knife for a misdiagnosed miscarriage. I just wanted to share this here so that the management can see cos if no be God na serious lawsuit be this.

Someone attempted to steal the bumper of my car when I visited this facility today. The place is unsafe and you have to constantly confront the front desk staff to be attended to. Very bad experience!

Very poor service, you’d literally spend the whole day waiting to be attended to, the front desk would tell you to wait for 30mins. Spent 3 hours waiting but still couldn’t get a scan done. Either there’s issues coming from the cashiers end or the accountant is not on seat to verify your payment. WACK!
