They give necessary care a patient deserve

Good concept, nice settings, medical equipments but some unprofessional female employees. Had a reason to be at VI & Yaba clinics two consecutive days and had unpleasant experiences as the generators at both clinics disappointed. First it was VI, generator went bad in the middle of a procedure and could not be fixed even after 24 hours. Got referred to Yaba and same generator experience persisted. Your staff need to show empathy and be more ethical. They should imbibe soothing words and not argue with patients. I am a Customer Care expert so I made sure the unpleasant encounter was appropriately reported. Will I go back to your clinic again - NO. Will I give a good referral - NO. Am sorry but I will rather go to a place where I am respected.
