Very slow service, collection of results takes too long. Staff are non chalant

Friendly staffQuiet environmentNeeds renovation at the chairs are torn, rusty and old. The walls need to be repainted. Air Conditioners repaired so that the water dropping into the reception is avoided.Needs to cover the open gutter at the entrance.Generally an efficient place in terms of results but long waiting hours.They have email services so waiting for results is optional.They open Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm)And public holidays (10am - 4.30pm)

This is the only lab I know in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic had no temperature screening for patients before entry. No hand sanitizer, no enforcement of face mask. It was just business as usual.

I came to the center on Momday for an MRI scan, I told them how urgent it was, as treatment would not commence on a seriously ill pregnant wife of mine unless doctors see this report. I was frustrated when I called the customer care line only to be told ehn ehn, the result cant be ready ooo u would just wait very annoying!!!

Terrible customer service. Staff display high level of Non-challant attitude to work. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Poor service. I was given a wrong diagnosis at this centre.

The customer service s very poor and they have little or no integrity. No light when i went in for a test, had to take my blood sample using a phone torch.
