Good environment, suitable for medical checkups, staff are friendly and nice, but the only issue I have is that there should be a different area that is less cold or normal room temperature cos some people might not like the cold reception, All COVID Protocols are been adhere to and all machines are standard and up to date. The facility is clean and orderly, registration process was quite seamless. Though we waited too long for the ECG diagnosis which was exhausting but Mercy at the diagnostic centre was courteous and helpful kept reassuring us that we will be attended to soon.Do improve the state of your female restroom. Finally, we trust your refund process will be within 72 hours as promised as we paid for a test we were unable to carry out since we didnt meet the requirement.

Place is well equipped and they run a wide array of tests. Went for my annual checkup and most tests were fast but done to standard. A few take long and there is usually a queue, like the ECG/Stress test. Some of their staffs were really helpful and courteous. The food in the canteen was good. They seem to take a lot of blood though 😂. The parking is adequate for its size. Rest room was okay. There is an extension of a Spa, De Christies Ruby, which is just nice to have. The complimentary foot massage was relaxing after all the walking around.

So I was referred to we cure oshodi for a scan and I was really amazed and impressed on getting there. The area was very conducive and their customer service was top notch. It was my first time here and I liked how orderly the place was and how processes were handled. Mr James and Paschal were particularly helpful with directing me to the appropriate personnel and following up. Also, I totally enjoyed the complimentary spa session😁, it was very timely! However, I think the personnel in charge of assigning HMO patients should be more open to assisting patients sort out minor issues that require communication with their respective HMOs. Then, I think the time I was asked to come back for my results was too long (10 to 15 days). What if theres an issue that would have required earlier attention. I think this time can be reasonably lessened. Overall, it was a good experience

My experience is wonderful being my first time. I have no regret coming here. The conducting GROS are quite friendly on good at what they do.

Once we stepped in, we were welcomed by Paschal who immediately took our file and led us through the process, coming in time to time to ensure that we were on track and doing all the tests we had to do. This was no mean feat considering there were a lot of people waiting to get tests done!Sadly, my experience was marred by the long wait times and an unnecessary misunderstanding. But overall, it is a good diagnostic centre and I would recommend it.
