I have been her for an hour for my mum to do an X Ray and she hasnt been called for payment. 75mins and counting. Same lady is attending to everyone and there are 3 ladies behind the desk. 3hrs later, after payment done, we are told there is a procedure upstairs that will take 2hrs, so we should get ready to be here till 4pm. This is irresponsible and abysmal service and I am ashamed for one shouting the praise of Clinix to people. Clinix in festac is useless. Only good part there is the COVID-19 centre

They have good facilities and experienced staffs.However, the doctor who attended to me has no business being around people who need medical care as he has no regard for people and lacks empathy.I had the most horrible scan experience.And you bet I wont return for a scan again.Though, I love the ladies in the eye clinic.
