My experience in this facility is superb. First time I went for diagnostic test in Nigeria. I was very impress with the staffs. From the parking attendants, security personnel, clerks and the medical personnel were very professional and respectful. I will rate a 10 for Nigerian experience.

We got here exactly 5pm due to Lagos hassle and bustle after making bookings online for a Sunday appointment but didnt meet anyone not even a bird.In short, they close 5pm.There were evidences that they use the place for covid-19 test cos we saw the chairs and house canopies that looked like what we do see on the TV as isolated centers and of course the sign board outside was another evidence.I would advice that anyone that would go there for a covid-19 test should go pretty early especially if its on a Sunday and if its urgent considering that you wouldnt get your result until 24hrs after the test and you would definitely pay upfront cos their booking is online and payment must be confirmed to book an appointment.Their customer service is like waiting for Godot. Lol. Just make sure everything is done right from your end in order to get your test done as scheduled.Thank you.

Afriglobal Medicare Ikeja annexe was commissioned to take care of the numerous clientele patronising the Afriglobal Ikeja medical centre. It has wheelchair accessible parking as well as a wheelchair accessible entrance. Staff are polite and try to attend to everyone in an orderly manner. Mind you preferences are given to the elderly and young children as should be the normal practice. Afriglobal have state of the art equipment as well as very capable medical personnel. The provide medical services ranging from MRI scans,Ct scans, Digital x-rays, Ultrasound imaging, EEGs,ECGs, Echocardiograms as well as laboratory diagnostic tests.They accept Cash, Credit and debit card payments.I highly recommend their services.Thank you.

Very useless place. They are extremely slow and rude. If you have an emergency do not go there. Took my mum in for a CT scan and we spent over 5 hours for something that shouldnt take more than 1 hour, even though I told them she was in severe pain. Useless bunch of people

Their customer experience is zero. They do no have enough in-house personnel and you have to book appointment where they claim you can only do it once a week, it is not advisable you use them for emergency diagnostic services. Also, they make you move from their main office to annex without proper coordination from both buildings. They do not keep to time as they change time slots and appointments at will. I do not recommend them at all.Edit: This is a response to your reply Afriglobal. If there were proper coordination between your staff; moving between buildings will be seamless and customers whose appointments were cancelled will receive notifications before wasting time and money. Also, your staff representatives wouldnt insult rightly aggrieved customers whose appointments were cancelled with no prior notifications. I sent a mail and text message of complaint with no response whatsoever from you but youre responding publicly to save face and image.Kindly work on the coordination between your staff and customer service experience.Thank you for your response.

Very poor customer service. Dirty environment

Highly highly disappointing. Lack of proper correlation amongst staff despite i had to spend my money to get the needed service.

The security man here hes a professional the way he address me and tell me what I need to know shows hes well trained.

This is a modern health provider facility with modern facilities. They have other branches spread across Lagos State. On the bank Anthony way, they operate in two buildings by unity bus stop. Their parking space is not as much and I didnt notice security personnel that could be of assistance. The environment is very neat. Their staff are neat and pleasant, the hospital environment is conducive, there are rails to enable the visually impaired gain entrance to the building.

Spent the while day there but mission was accomplished.

One of the best diagnostic centres around Lagos state university teaching hospital (LASUTH), Ikeja. Good customer service, structure designed to cater for any type of entry, well situated and a bit affordable.
