One of the fastest delivery company I have seen, reliable and fast in terms of services.

They picked up food and it didn’t arrived for 5 hours and when it did arrive - The rider had bike issues. Everything would have been fine if he had just been upfront and said what was wrong he kept saying I’m on the way

Unprofessional and very slow service.Took 3 hours to have my order accepted and 2 more hours for the rider to even CALL the person he was supposed to be picking the item fromNot to even talk of the deliveryvery poor service

Pretty small limited parking space for those thinking about driving down. Friendly, nice & professional receptionist (Peace by name) for your enquiries. I wasnt here for a delivery but will do so someday & give you a feedback.

It was okay but more expensive than I thought. I wanted to make a delivery from unilag gate to bariga and when I went to the site, it gave me a rough price of #93. I downloaded the app and when I placed my order, it was #1,000. After getting my hopes up.Asides price, delivery service was good.

Very slow pickup, dispatch driver did not pick or return calls. I contacted customer support and they said they would look into it. Been hours now and Im yet to see the dispatch driver.

Was used to Gokada. Tried their services twice now since Gokada app started messing up but honestly a lot of work needs to be done regarding the riders and the clients services. One rider had to even return my shipment after 4 hours of roaming with it.

I downloaded the app but had issues in signing up so I couldnt request for their services. The app kept telling me to verify phone number and I kept doing so without a positive response.

They are very unprofessional. My parcel was picked and this is the third and my client is yet to get the parcel. Very disappointed being my first time of using this service.

I ordered for this guys delivery twice now. They charged me for pick up and delivery. When the rider came, he called his madam which told him not to pick up my item because its not light enough. The rider cancelled the transaction but they didnt refund my money. This has happened twice and its more like you guys scamming me. Pls refund my money.P.S I called the customer service I was told to send order ID (50339AY323, 49631AX981)and my account number but till today, no refund

I’m very dissatisfied with kwik’s services. Details was saved on the platform and automatically it ordered a delivery and no form of notification was sent till the dispatch hit my delivery location. I went ahead to seal a deal with another company which caused me double expenses owing to the non-professionalism of kwik. To notice that their charge is even more higher than their competitors is another thing. None of the kwik staff can ascertain if a notification was sent, they all assumed it was sent. This is so messy and totally unacceptable. #Sad
