A small but fairly equipped gym and dance studio. I recently signed up for both gym and dance classes, I must confess I wasnt disappointed at all.They have two functioning thread Mills, weights and other useful heavy duty gym equipment.If you live around you might consider giving them a try

The place is good.Instructors are good.Youd be hard pressed for parking just like most of Old Lagos, but its good overall.
