A massive edifice but with little occupants really

The look of this edifice is old fashioned now. The location is quite positioned for quick and easy sighting. Not much business occupying the floors anymore. The entrance gate and floor is a little bit rusty and broken. It needs a new look, paint perhaps to make it less elegant and really attractive.

There are security personnel around. Has a bus stop shed in front of the building. Also a peaceful area
