Most bad reviews are not Spoil the image of the business, but let the management know exactly what is going on!I have been using the facility for reading since 2019 Until today I met their manager.The present manager as at today 5/10/2021 has zero customer relationship which she even admitted , zero communicator, and zero understanding!I wonder how long it will takes for things to start falling apart with someone like that managing that place, with zero friendly attitude; I met another staff called Helen who seems to be more understanding and friendly more than the so called Manager, her attitude shows non desperate to satisfy a new or existing customer.A reading place should be Surrounded with friendly staffs; especially a manager who knows how to settle a misunderstanding or mis-information not someone who feels is Ok for you to walk away with your money; and doesn’t Hesitate to show you how bad she hates you.I will never concentrate and read in such environment; so I ran 😁Apart from that every other thing is relevantly okI hope this review gets to the owners of the facility, someone who can’t manage clients should never come close to a manager position!!Bless you.

Excellent facility in Lekki. There is an extensive childrens library section. Books range from the ones for very little children to books that would appeal to teenagers. They even have SAT prep material. There is also an adult section that has a workspace where people can bring their laptops to work. This library is on the same road as the British International School. Street parking is available.

I like Liam and Noel - its a nice oasis in the middle of hectic Lekki where you can chill for a few hours, read, write and play board games, even.There are a range of books for all ages to read, buy and borrow. The titles take from the classics to contemporary literature.There are a couple of work spaces with chairs and cubicles and Wi-Fi.You can pay for the day or for other time periods and for individuals or as a family.A real cool idea and good to see it well maintained over the years.

I actually regret making payments to use this library. I paid for the weekend package and i missed two Saturdays. I tried to use it on a public holiday even after i explained that i hadnt used the facility for two weeks and was told i couldnt plus the facility was hot and they said they usually dont open on public holidays and would close on time. The customer service is really terrible. This particular location shares the health plus area just before Victoria Garden City. Imagine having a pregnant woman driving round the area to look for a sane place to read. The Lekki office never picks their calls and it is quite frustrating . I truly regret making this payment and would recommend any other facility within the area but certainly not this one

This is the coolest place ever to read, borrow or buy books. A library like no other....

If there was a zero, it would not even suffice for the disgusting service here...the customer service ladies are better off in a street market...communication about when the library would close was delivered by putting off the gen and leaving the customers to pack up in the dark....if any communication does occur you sense the crudeness in its delivery and i cant blame people that stay away from this library....it is like walking into a rattle snake den....very horrible...
