My first experience was ok. The second was terrible. I booked for the delivery and was asked to make payment before they pick up and I did cos I had tried them before. One hour later, I was still waiting for their rider to pickup. When I called, they said he was in my area. Next time I called they claimed the rider had picked. When I finally got the riders number, he denied having any knowledge of my delivery and asked me to send him my details (the rider was nice ).I texted the office to cancel the delivery and ask for a refund. They refused and said their policy doesnt support refunds, you have to use the money for another delivery.Anyway, my client ended up coming to pick his package from me and they still didnt refund my payment.Their policy is trashy, I wont recommend to any entrepreneur.
