This company is one of the oldest transport companies in Nigeria with some good fleet of vehicles, and a very good parcel/courier service (EPS), but they used a bus that had a faulty air-conditioner for a long trip from Lagos to Onitsha/Owerri. The driver then said he wanted to park and look for an electrician to check his AC because his AC just stopped working. The front desk ladies were quite unmotivated, and unfriendly. The bus I took was dusty and wasnt cleaned before we travelled to Onitsha with it. I expected them to have noticed this AC fault in the vehicle earlier and fixed the AC before embarking on such a long trip with the vehicle. A lot of their other vehicles are very sound however.
