The guys I met at the counter were very courteous even though they didnt have the information i needed. I was going to rate this a 1 star however the agents at the counter were very professional to manage the situation and I left satisfied. Though the situation was out of their control it was effectively managed.

Come with your own pen if youre acutely covid aware so you can use your own pen to sign the mandatory attendance register and avoid the one available for everyone.Excellent, patient, well informed and professional service from the two staff attending to customers.I will recommend this office for great customer service.

Kindly amend your operational hours for your V.I outlet for Saturdays. When I searched through google it says 5.00pm but when I got there, I was told it closes at 2pm. I know the outlet on Admiralty way closes at 2.00pm hence why I checked online to confirm before heading out.

Service was good but theyre a little pricey. I guess thats expected as they are the market leader.

Wow! Very nice staff here and the service was prompt and smooth! They also have the swift box service where your parcels are dropped in the swift box and you can pick them up anytime with a unique code

DHL needs to review this as lot if things ti get modified is required .

Easy to locate on Akin Adesola Str. I was impressed by how clean and organised the office was. Then I started my interaction with the humans behind the desks and I wasnt disappointed!Members of staff at this DHL office were very helpful, polite and professional. I was attended to by Samuel and Esther who ensured that my enquiry and questions were answered to my satisfaction. Top notch service given, cant fault it at all 🙌
