I was at your Pako Store on Thursday 16/5/19 to purchase some items.One was available while the other wasn’t,I made payment for both items and was assured that the other item will be available today Friday 17/5/19.Got to your store on my way back home and realized it wasn’t gotten as promised.One of your sales girls just said “Madam please wait let me go and get it from our Somolu Oja store”.I was so furious that even after making payment ahead you couldn’t keep your end of bargain.There was no form of apology from all your sales girls present.This is highly unprofessional!!
