The worst experiences, I willnt ask my enemy to visit there. I came for my facials treatment only for them to recommend whitening facials with a different amount on the desk. As if that wasnt enough. My face was damage with different reaction. Yet the lady who attended to me talks too much. Worst and bad experiences.

Your services are poor. I came with my sister for facials, waxing and pedicure all you guys did was rubbish. The lady who waxed me was just lamenting Saying the amount she collected for the waxing was small, that my hair is to much. She was pulling thr hair out with anger and injured my skin. The guy who did the pedicure just did rubbish. He didnt even take his time. I dont understand maybe u guys thing we plug money from tree. Uld persuade customers to do the most expensive and still end up giving rubbish services. My sisters facials was rubbish. Rashes all over her face and u guys claimed it was a whitening facial. I didnt see any result. All the staffs are just after money. Not rendering good services.

Today was my second time there. Yesss! Repeat customer. I did the regular facials and bought a few products. Everything bismid is super affordable and Im talking great value for less. The facials cost 1k but you have to purchase 2 towels and your extractor separately, you can bring yours from home to save extra if you have. the regular 1k facials is done in a sort of facials bar where they have several chairs lined up. You will be seating up through the process . They have different levels according to the price, so if you value privacy and dont mind spending a little extra, you can opt for the spa or VIP section. They open 9am and i suggest you go early to ovoid overcrowding. The staff are nice and have good skin so that is, to me, reassuring. You might also have to steam with hot water in a bowl.Their skincare products are great too. For skin consultations you can see their boss for a fee but theres a man there who is really good that you can see for free.I dont recommend you do your pedicure there, the lady was mean and she over scrapped my feet so much that it hurt to walk for a few days.

Bismid sells skin care products and some other beauty products. But what I really enjoy going there for is their facials. It’s detailed and very cheap between 1000 - 1500 naira.

Almost a one stop shop for all body care products. The staff are nice, but the owner of the place is haughty and arrogant. This wont help the business . She should relate better with her customers no matter how lowly placed she thinks they are. Everybody deserves a little respect

I got a facial there, the masseur was really polite and id rate her face massage a 7/10. The space area for clients is not that big so I didnt love the fact that the place was so full, most likely because it was a Saturday.

I went for whitening bath it cost 6k herbal bath is 3500 . I recommend whitening tho. You need to come early as the place can be crowded . Their Sauna works well so it makes sense tho.
