Wonderful place to be . its basically the basically the heart of the economic power house of Nigeria.

UAC is called united Africa Company, it has a nice view , neat environment with cooperate and plaza , no wheelchair accessible.

The building was on fire last week but its okay now

I loved that it was accessible. Paying was no issue. There was no road congestion. There are multiple tenants in the building. The lifts work fine and are very clean. The security personnel are cautious and willing to help. The building is easy to find and also easy to leave from

Ancient and historic to the landscape of Lagos Island. It has a reasonable level of maintenance over the years. You cant talk about CBD without mentioning this edifice.

I always see the building Everytime I go to work when I was still working on the Lagos Island. I passed by it every day and the building is such a magnificent one, and so high that when one drops at CMS Bus-stop Lagos Island, one needs not asking where its located before one easily locate the place.

Iconic structure in the marina skylines. Houses some offices, banks and cooperate business. There is limited spot for parking of cars especially if you are visiting.Friendly member of security guards whom are ready to help you with your enquiries as per which floor houses what office.

The top building located at the CMS bustop itself capturing the heart of top structure lovers. Very strong, tall and historic. Easy accessibility going in and working elevators. Good security. Friendly reception most times as they make you angry at times.
