The best government agency in the country. They actually function. You can depend on them. Impressed. I understand they give an SLA of 72 hours for all local deliveries and they actually make the deadline and less. The staff is a dedicated one and get things done.This branch of the NIPOST as also a point of pick-up for items bought on Jumia online stores by their customers. The pick-up arrangement is just seamless however, there is need for Identification cards, the order number for items required. The service here is impressive, believe that.
