Apart from the stairs without railing which freaked me out. The office itself is neat and they answer quickly and all my questions were answered. Loved that.

The office is always busy. Most faults can be diagnosed and resolved here but if it cant youll be referred to their GRA office.You can purchase most products here and the lady upstairs is always very helpful. Decent parking for 6 cars and payment of subscription can be done fairly quickly. You can also get good technicians here and I recommend one called Obinna.

Each customers record is well kept and so a customer service officer will be asked to place a call to you if its discovered that your account has not been very active for some time. Its a popular place in ogba were u can pay your dstv, gotv and PHCN bills. Its in a busy environment were you have traders. The major challenge they have is the parking area. Its very small and narrow. It can only take about four cars at a time. When the car park is not free you have to look for were to park and pay N200 . most times the line to make payment is always long. Their service is OK I guess.

I have only been here once, and I really hope that my experience is a one off. The attendant was so..., nonchalant! Their PoS machine wasnt working, and she just kept sending those of us with debit cards away before we barely got before her, and we were on a queue. I walked out before I gave into replying her. Thankfully I always tried to make my payments before expiration, so I still had time to look for and use another outlet.

Are you looking for a DSTV office near you in ogba, then you are the right place, its very close to Ogba Bus stop, close to Keke maruwa park going to Ikeja.

I doubt if it is still being occupied by multichoice...

You can make payment for your DSTV bundles, they also handle sales and installation of DSTV, you can also get your faulty decoders fixed or serviced for a fee. Extra remote and other assessories can be purchased here. There is limited parking available, it does not help that this particular office is located in a commercial area where street trading is the norm. It is close to a major bus stop, so it gets quite difficult navigating through the traders and tricycles trying to pick up passengers.
