5-star, yes! 5-star. Why not? Amazing place, Amazing view, Amazing service. Well maintained, clean and serene environment. Every visit to the Landmark Tower has always been an amazing experience. Great for parties, weddings hangout and other events. They got swimming pool, various halls, open spaces, restaurant beach 🏖 view and many more. Worth every penny.

The ease in moving around the place is cool. To also be in an office that has a beautiful view of the beach is one unbeatable experience

Landmark centre occupies a large land space in oniru area of Lagos island with good roads and lists of parking space. It has a great view of the ocean too. The centre has many halls and biggest hall should take a thousand conveniently.All its buildings are imposing and has good security. The hall is well lit and chairs are comfortable. The air conditioners are adequate to keep the hall cool. Halls have multiple entries and exits.It is recommended for events

Nice place to hangout with the balcony to the beach. Hotel on the 7th floor seems nice as well. You should enjoy the Spurs family restaurant as well exquisite menu.

A multipurpose building close to the beach in Victoria Island with good ocean view. Has a well equipped event hall - sound and projector inclusive. Behind the building is a look out with swimming pool. A good place to relax outdoor and take beautiful pictures. Nearby is KFC. Eko Atlantic is just a look away.

Beautiful atmosphere

Landmark Tower is an extension of Landmark Centre. It is a multi storey facility hosting corporate offices, hotel, restaurant, bank, leisure centre, beach front, workspace coffee shop and others. The building has a scenic view as it overlooks the Atlantic Ocean.Spur restaurant is situated in the facility. The offer some great steaks and waffles and an outdoor sitting on the roof top.Regus group is also situated inside the building,offering professional workspace for entrepreneurs.You dont need to leave the building for banking purposes. ATMs are functional and a branch of Diamond bank is right inside the tower.It is cool place to bring your family and friends during the weekend. It is kid friendly.Theres adequate parking space inside and outside the compound. ♿ wheelchair entrance and parking is also available.

This is a very nice, well furnished and managed business building.The restroom are very clean and comfortable.The elevators are well positioned and functioning.There is provision for people on wheel chair to get to the elevator.The view is also breathtaking with its backside towards the beach and the ocean.It is good for official business, leisure (bar) and resting (hotel).I like this place.

A large building with hotel and residential plus office spaces situated in a siren environment close to the beach, the wind from the beach serving as a natural AC. The building has a spur and good security arrangement. It actually a nice place to be be and stay.

Its so beautiful! Probably the most beautiful view you would get in Lagos. The pool, the setting, over looking the ocean, it is lovely! The cuisine is delicious, I would recommend this place for whatever kind of occasion.

Good building for office space and event

Building is about 8 floors and it contains places like Amazon spur (eatery), PWC, etc. Sea view at the back is lovely. There is a sort of sit out at the back that would help you appreciate the beauty of the scenery. Parking is either by yourself or by valet services that would cost you a small token. But security is generally great. Best to get directions from the attendants when you drive in as it could be tricky finding your way. The facility is conducive for meetings, shows and events.

It looks very grand and exquisite, services are below average, and prices are quite high. The event hall is barely manageable, and support is poor.Landmark Towers is quite different from Landmark Event Centre. They charge N1000 for parking right in front of the entrance.

Very cool tower, well organize with a serene and cozy environment, security is topnotch, the inside is very neat, everywhere in the building is sparkling clean. Nice building to get an office space.

Too much enjoyment

Landmark Hotel Lagos has spacious and beautifully decorated rooms categorised into Classic Room (Sea View), Classic Suite, Executive Suite (Deluxe) and Executive Suite. The rooms are ergonomically designed with an air conditioner, work desk, telephone, a minibar, flat-screen TV with local and international channels, a fridge, armchairs, balcony with a nice view of the pool and an en-suite bathroom.

Landmark is perfect for a getaway as well as for great conferences.

Great place to have events

Landmark Towers is cited by the Oniru beach. You can catch the beach view from many corners of the building.The space is well organised and cozy.Lots of International companies have their offices in the building, PWC, Universal Music, Jonhson & Johnson, a whole lot.There is a small conference hall on the first floor and hotel on the seventh.The entrance has a ramp for wheelchairs and trolleys.

One of the biggest event center in Lagos, Nigeria. Security 100% with a lot of parking space. They have a great team, always neat restroom and the sea view give a great site.

Came here for a seminar, its a huge and spacious hall arranged in banquet style for us participants. Staff are well trained and execute their duties professionally. The car park is lovely with attendants available to direct you to convenient spaces to park. There is a drive through drop off zone which gives you direct access to the hall. 🏭This is located on the 3rd floor and affords you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful waterfront environment. Air conditioning is just adequate and I the audio-visual system was the down side. Feeding was well provided.

Beautiful and Serene..

Nice facilities but more details need to be implored on event and venue management. The staff in ground are queless on how to make you have an hitch free event. And the parking is horrible. Entering the tower is an unpleasant experience with their rude gatemen... For now I wont have another event at the Grand junction

Good for office space

I visited for 3 straight days when I facilitated a training for a consulting firm that rents 2 floors there. The facility is neat, actually sparkling. Despite the crowd that goes up and down the building every minute, the lifts work efficiently, smells great and again... drums rolling... really clean. The toilet facilities - lets just say you can have dinner in there if you want to. And did I say the parking lot is great? Yes! Kudos to the developers. And the facility managers!!!

Good atmosphere and a sweet place

Landmark tower houses quite a number of notable companies. The prominent among which is Price Water Corporation (PWC). The building is a beautiful architectural piece that has 10 floors and a spacious parking lot with wheelchair accessibility. Power and security is share by all occupants as well. Safety measures are seen with extinguishers and safety caution here and there.

The amazon spur is located here. My experience here was really good. Their menu is really wide and quite affordable. I had their chocolate brownie with ice cream, and it was so good. The ambience, really good. Customer service was very satisfying. And its a great place to just sit and have meetings the view at night is also very beautiful.

You need a passcode to enter the hotel.The ground floor is -2, just note this when using the elevator.

Landmark Towers is home to a lot of establishments like PwC and Spur but my experience at Landmark was the halls where the organization I once worked for rented for meetings and seminars. It’s cozy and the service delivery is great. I would recommend anyone in need of a room for seminars to check Landmark Towers out.

The Landmark Towers have proven without a doubt that investment in real estate is worthwhile and how a well thought development can change the trajectory of a particular location. So been here for a couple of business meetings with one client and not gone beyond the first floor most times.For a commercial office space, it is nicely built, great location ...just kind of nestled between V/I and Lekki which gives you the best of both places.Facilities such as ample parking, in house cafe, working lifts, well maintained restrooms, restaurant , generally clean environment make the place good and well planned for a workplace.The only thing is to hope the management keeps a great maintenance culture so it does not deteriorate easily and fast like other old commercial ones in some parts of Lagos.

Extremely horrible service. The staff are very unhospitable and often seem bored/upset when speaking to customers. This is from someone who has stayed in many hotels both at home and internationally. Never seen service as poor as this. Very disappointing

I didnt cover the whole place especially the main hospitality area so I wont say much, only attended an event here in one of their halls and I must say they are trying but I think they have a lot of leakage issues considering the fact that the place is a water logged area I think it is excusable cos it could be very difficult around such areas...if youre going to such area (beach side) you must like water right 😀😀😀 so it shouldnt be an issue. Like I said I didnt go to their rooms, restaurant and all that part of the building so I cant tell what it is like...you should give them a try. I must commend their security they are quiet responsible compared to others I have been encountering keep it up ✌

Its an office complex that warehouses some businesses and one of the big four auditing firms by the name PricewaterhouseCoopers. It has a parking space which you pay for except for some people that have offices located in the towers. It has a lovely view as its situated by the ocean so you have a good view of the beach

Its a really lovely place housing cafes, offices, event centres and the likes.I was here for an event; the hall was small but it still served its purpose. The AC was cooling and ambience was not bad.Its a place I would recommend any day, any time.

Landmark beach is serene. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely go back whenever I want to clear my head, and do not want to see elegushi spenders(literally). Lol

World standard office space

The view from the tower is amazing and is sure going to spike up your creativity. Ample parking space and great security personnel. There is also cafe Neo on the first floor just after the basement.
