They are okay

They robbed me of 1200naira for upgrading my sim to 4G all in the name of service charge.I called the guy that attended to me after my friend went to glo office in ICM to do the same thing 2 days later and paid 500naira for the same purpose and was given 400naira recharge card.And the guy had the guts to tell me that I should have asked why I was paying 1200naira from him because I asked him why he didnt let me know that it was just the cost of the upgrade without recharge cards like other service providers do.
