Invariably the Worst Registrar In Nigeria. The company is non-responsive to investors needs. They dont respond to email inquiries despite uncountable reminders. Their contact centre numbers ring endlessly.No acknowledgment or whatsoever. Simple tasks being handled by old folks who are used to archaic ways of doing things. I wonder what the elderly investors and those in Diaspora will be experiencing in the hands of these demigods. This registrar is all out to frustrate and erode investors confidence in the system.SEC needs to intervene.

I was at the first registrars and investors services limited,it is located at the Abebe village iganmu house,just close to ijora flyover and opposite nigerian breweries.they relocated to this place from their former office up the same street.the office complex here is exclusive and conducive to both staff and customers.well designed and constructed office complex.the first registrars is a subsidiary of first bank Nigeria plc.they deal with shares and bonds certificate records of many companies.they have the highest number of public limited companies registered in the nigerian stock exchange.i rate them give star because they have stood the taste of time .their staff in the customer services are so warmly welcoming

This place was splendid.95% of the COVID protocols were adhered to. Social distancing was flawed at a point. I hope they re-implement it.Services were fast and epic.Nice environment and awesome hospitality

First Registrar is a company that managed other companys shares. Their office is located at Igamu surulere, Lagos. Their new office is second to none. I love it!!!

I am very appalled to say the least!!! I have sent emails upon emails to resolve my unclaimed dividends issues, still no response.All the numbers listed on their website are not working. I called and called severally and was on hold for more than 30mins, still no one answered the phone.I am so disappointed with the level of service I experienced. We are in the 21st century for Gods sake!!! Your organisation is supposed to be moving with the times to get clients issues resolved as soon as possible....

I am totally disappointed and equally angry at your quality of service.Calling through your Customer Service lines is a complete waste of time. Several times I was kept on the line for more than 35minutes and ended up speaking to nobody. Why should you put telephone 📞 lines that are completely useless?Have equally sent message on your Facebook messenger. That too was not responded to. I just feel working with First Registrars is a waste of my precious time.For your information, the same E-dividend Mandate Forms were submitted (same day) to Veritas Registrars (for Zenith Bank Plc) and Africa Prudential Registrars (for UBA Plc and Transcorp). Both Registrars responded and have since treated my application. Yet First Registrars is asking for more information and even when the information was promptly supplied, I have not received any acknowledgement or update.Must everybody having issues pay a physical visit to your office? You guys need to buckle up.Totally disappointed
