The response time is not bad for a government establishment but they can do more to act official and give customers more respect while attending to them

Very good & quick services. Way better than expected for a government agency. They should consider changing the type of furniture at the waiting area especially as the office receives thousands of visitors daily. The chairs have some sort of bad smell.

Govt workers havent changed their attitudes towards work. They ate highly inefficient and tend to waste tax payers precious time

This people, I always just dont want them to come around, but what do we do? We have to pay our tax. But they should at least try to remind government to tar the road that leads to their office, that alone can discourage people from paying taxes. Cos the question is what do they use the tax for, if they cant even fix the roads that leads to their tax collecting office?

There are actually 2 FIRS offices in one location. Ensure you clarify which of the offices has jurisdiction over your business location before proceeding.

This is are two branches of Federal Inland Revenue Service in one building, mainly denoted as Ilupeju 1 and Ilupeju 2, with each of the branch covering different jurisdiction. There customer service is not that much, they waste time sometimes and all those stuffs they do.
