No signage. Easily missed if youre driving. Just keep driving till you feel youve missed it (its on your right if youre driving from Ikoyi). Then turn back and start asking. Cant book tickets in person so if youre going there for that, youre wasting your time and fuel. Security guard will give you customer service number to call to book tickets. Its an automated number that will keep you on hold until you hang up. You can try and hold out to speak to an agent, but trust me, the machine will win. I spent 21 mins on hold (not toll free!) before I gave up.Just try to do all transactions online, if you can.

This particular page is misleading.Its an agent and their service is quite poor. Unable to book my flight for 5 days, and yet to get a refund. Theyve stopped picking my calls and replying my messages.Do business with them at your own risk

However, they desperately need to do something about their stuck up, rude and obnoxious staff. This is the reason I havent given them 5 stars. The ground staff and air hosts/ hostesses are so rude and unfriendly. They need to go on customer service training. If they can fix this no other airline will rival BA

Irresponsible airline. Delayed my flight from Baltimore to Heathrow, then put me on air France to Paris then to Lagos. Could not account for my bag and did not send messages to show concern. I call the irresponsible office in Lagos for updates and they have no idea where my bag is. Here for a wedding and everything i brought is in that bag. I will sue your airline if i dont get my bag. Nonsense

Customer service in Nigeria is sorely lacking. Gate agents and supervisors do not follow company wide policy. Do yourself a favor and Fly Delta, Emirates or Turkish. Worst Experience at an airport EVER.
