Sometimes what you need to get done may be on hold owing to numerous customers theyve got to attend to, you might have to be there quite early to beat the queue. All covid-19 protocols duly observed. I didnt give a five-star as I feel they need an extension to handle the task volume. But if they ever get to attend to you, its the best experience yet!!

9mobile experience center is place you can go to lay complain about your 9mobile Sim or to get a new Sim or retrieve an existing one. Am giving them a 4 star performance because I couldnt get what I wanted to do done, but the staff are friendly, good environment. Nice nice Nice from me anyway.

A member of staff at the cele egbe branch was proving difficult and codely asking to be tipped..this behaviour is unacceptable.. I have called the branch but no one is available to pick up for questioning.

A good place to visit for your sim upgrade and for sim registration. Their customer service is point. Also, you can buy phones there too.
