DO NOT BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM THEM, we bought a land at Ajayi Akpata since 2016 and till date they have refused to give us the documents, when you go to their office they dont let you in and avoid your calls. Their boss is always having EFCC issues or owing one bank or the other. They sell properties to you and use the documents as collateral to take loans from banks. CMB should be ashammed of themselves, look at the great job much younger MDs like Lekki Gardens, Megamound and Dream Estates lekki etc are doing, Ken just gives Ibo people a bad name. That is why people avoid doing business with Ibos.

They are all nice when they want to collect your money after they never respond. They lie about having their land documents, basically I suspect fraud with this company, beware. I am already working with my lawyer for legal action against them.

Be careful of the destination Google map take you. Rather search for Ruxton Street and locate the CMB office on Ruxton.Car park available for guests.

Fraudulent company, they collected money for land and now avoiding me. Really sad. I am taking them to court.
