I so much loved and enjoyed the place.On the two occasions have been there, the staffs are friendly and professional.Made excess payment and was refunded. No hassle whatsoever.The hot water works all the time and the Air Conditioner works for all the rooms.The room prices are actually accurate to the service and not too expensive.Would surely be lodging here whenever am in Ajah

I know it to be labrigadia hotel....Its a lovely place, I cant really talk about their services, because I really didnt use it, but their rooms are okay,Least I forget, they are very affordable for such standard.... I have seen bad hotel, yet expensive.. but is is really Nice and at a very affordable price

A gated estate with serene environment with mainly residential properties....most of the street within the estate have not been mapped or identified on google map therefore you will need the help of locals/residents to locate or get to your destination...the topographic nature of this area is swampy as most of the developments around here would require a lot and proper sand-filling before embarking on projects.

Peaceful and quiet, I have always been going out fearlessly as early as 5:15am and coming back in as late as 10pm.

Its quite OK, a good estate, the area is safe and all but the flood situation is terrible, before someone says the flood is everywhere let me just say of course the flood is inevitable in some places fine but most estates make provision for after the flood so the water can flow but water in the estate will stay for weeks.

Its quiet and homely here. The roads are generally good and security is quite efficient. The houses are either terraced or single units with designated parking lots for each unit.

I did notice that not every road is tarred and work is currently going on in some places so id say its an uncompleted estate.It might be a nice place to move to if floods dont let us paddle😁 .

Nice interlock road until the mid section. All adjoining streets arent tarred or interlocked. The adjoining streets become heavily swampy and flooded once theres little rain.Overall. its a cool place for middle class people who want to save some bucks from high rents in the Lekki axis.

Seaside Estate, Badore, Lekki is a self help community of property owners who have come together to provide basic amenities like paved streets, street lighting, security etc for themselves. The community is gated with the access into estate manned by the Estate security. A fairly nice area to reside. Fairly quiet but there appears to be an upsurge of people living in uncompleted buildings and undeveloped land in the Estate. This could be a security threat to property owners and residents of the Estate.
