This is a beautiful and serene environment with over a 100 apartments. The estate is heavy guarded with sport centre and kids playing ground.The view from the apartments is awesome. The island is easily accessible as its close to the banana island main and situated on the 1st avenue.

Beautiful residential development facing the Atlantic lagoon. One of my friends from Reckitt Benckiser stays here and hence visited the place several times. Flats come with wide and spacious rooms, there are 2 nice swimming pools, gym with good number of equipments. Security is quite tight but it is also an advantage for this premium development.

Cozy apartment, great security. I love it. Interior top notch, great space.

Nice and clean. Has good facilities and is maintained well. The peer they offer to walk on is well built but surrounded by dusting of trash. They have a health club which includes sasquatch, table tennis, and a well established gym. They have to separate building dedicated to housing 2 pools in each. One for kids and a normal sized one as well. And have a tennis court and basketball/football as well. Greenery surrounds the place especially the middle where the play ground is based and also patched of grass for picnics and such. Over all it is a good and safe place to live.

A place where kind hearts people lives

Wait for security check at Banana Island main gate, proceed to visitors car park to obtain access code , drive out of car park and make a left then immediate right. Drive straight down to the end, you will be facing the Ocean parade Towers. Wait for security check, the security will call your host for confirmation before giving you access. Drive up the ram to the visitors car park at the back of the first block towards your left, before proceeding to your hosts apartment. Then when driving down the ram from the car park, use your left then immediate right to access the way out. Thanks

The apartments are comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Electric power, water and air conditioning supply is very good.The HIC is each time NEPA is cut, if you are cooking with electric devices, the cooking is affected.There is a nice and safe playing area for kids. There are two swimming pools, there are tennis courts and well equipped fitness room. The view on the Lagoon is lovely. Boats can access the place. Its in a very large and pleasant estate : Banana Island. Security is good. Dont ask of the cost.

Their really is any need speaking good of this particular place. Yet , I cant just help but to say its wonderful. Simply amazing.
