Honestly, the pictures Im seeing on google map, is not doing justice to how beautiful this place is. And it didnt occur to me to take pictures of this place (cause who would have thought theyll see a house they was trying to rent on google map🤣🤣🤣)Assuming I had 10million for yearly rents, this is my ideal kind of house.For a start, this place is in the heart of ikoyi. Very quiet, serene environment and peaceful (away from the whole lagos noise)The compound itself is so clean, has a very big swimming pool, each apartment consist of 2 rooms fully furnished (with wardrobes, top quality painting, sound proof doors on each rooms and a sound proof door that demarcates the living room from the both bedrooms. The bathroom are furnished nicely too)The living room is spacious has a dining space. The kitchen is tastefully furnished with topnotch cabinets and theres a store room attached to the kitchen.The apartment also consist of a large spacious backyard that is so cool and can be used for relaxing and game time, even to host a few friends or a little get-together.Then theres an extra 1 room thats not attached to the main building. So technically, if you make payments for the 2bedroom apartment, you get another extra 1 room apartment with bathroom and toilet(should incase you hire a house help and want her to live with you, or if you have a visitor and your main house is crowded)Theres also a large pool, 24/7 electricity, treated drinking water, sitting area, 2parking space, and a cable (so the service charge covers the cable, light, security etc)Everything about this place is built in British standards, even the outline of the house.The only disadvantage is that the Masters room, is not spacious at All, but properly furnished, and the rent and service charge is wayyyy too expensive. Plus you have to pay 10% of the total amount as agency and agreement fee😣😣😣The writer in me almost borrowed money to rent this place, but the Nigerian and Lagosian in me couldnt 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
