So far its has been great doing my repair job with Ensure. I get my job ready in less than two weeks

Well they provide a contact number that is then forwarded to another number that is ALWAYS switched off!!! Been trying for 2 weeks now.Wanting to spend money on extending the warranty on a product have tried the international help line they refer me back to Ensure Services. Its like playing a game of Russian Rolette you never get lucky trying to contact these people. How can a business run without a phone. All I read is praise for good service but this is not my experience.... Just defies logic that the front end of a company just fails miserably at service. (In fact no service), I would hate a technical problem to happen with my Laptop, easier to by an HP and get service.

Very terrible customer service, rude, arrogant, and incompetent with zero regard for customer time and satisfaction. Ended up spending 3hours for waiting to collect a laptop that they couldn’t repair. And still the customer service was unapologetic for wasting time, and they charge for services they do not render.

I woke up one day to my iPhone 6s+ overheating, and after it cooled down, it never turned on nor showed a charging indication when I plugged my charger.I called their Abuja branch to report the issue(their address was listed on my warranty form) and since my warranty was still active with their company and also on Apple care, they asked me to call their Lagos office because they weren’t working at that time because of corona pandemic.I called their Lagos office and they asked me to send down my phone to their office. I sent it to a friend in Lagos to assist me.My phone was sent to their office in Ikeja and my case no was registered ( I got all notifications regarding progress till my phone was ready for pick up).They sent my phone back to Apple for replacement. I was really surprised because all these was done within a wk even with the corona pandemic.I got a brand new replacement phone, same model and color as my previous overheated phone (it doesn’t come in an iPhone carton with accessories). I used my previous serial no on iCloud in order to be really sure, and it said “the device with the serial no has been replaced”.I also chatted with Apple support because I had my doubts about it as the phone came without a packet/carton, and they verified that replacement phones come that way. With my new serial no, they also verified it was a newly replaced device.The newly replaced iPhone doesn’t come with a new warranty though. It continues from the warranty of the old deviceI’m overall satisfied with their service. Professional and excellent. I highly recommend.

Very rude and ignorant attendants...Remember to remove your RAM or any removable part before taking it there because they will steal your part and deny it... Apparently customer word means nothing to these thieves...Youre better off going to a regular shop in ikeja...Youre welcome
